"I moved from California just over four years ago and I had State Farm as my insurance carrier. I knew I want to stay with the same company, so I was given the names of local agents in Avon, Ohio. When I called Marci’s office, everyone was so friendly which made the transition very easy! "Being an autistic individual and adult I have a lot of issues and problems with deciphering information. Marcy as well as every other individual on her team at State Farm has always been consistently helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant and supportive. I am the type of individual that always needs information repeated, and well phrased for me to understand the specifics behind specific forms of insurance related to my own living standards as it applies to car insurance or renters insurance. Not only are they incredibly patient and sweet for having to repeat themselves, but as they are repeating this information, they’re fully conscious and consistent to rephrase it in a way that can best register to my way of thinking. I am always consistently impressed and deeply moved by not only their helpful demeanor, but also their uplifting attitude that on a constant puts a smile on my face. If there is anyone that has a learning disability, such as myself, specifically Autism… I would highly recommend this person and their team at State Farm."
